Use null for CodePointTrie.fromBinary(com.ibm.icu.util.CodePointTrie.Type, com.ibm.icu.util.CodePointTrie.ValueWidth, java.nio.ByteBuffer) to accept any data value width; CodePointTrie.getValueWidth() will return the actual data value width.
