"Smart pointer" class; closes a UFormattedNumber via unumf_closeResult().

For most methods see the LocalPointerBase base class.

Usage:

LocalUFormattedNumberPointer uformatter(unumf_openResult(...));
// no need to explicitly call unumf_closeResult()
